Meet the Attorney

Michael Santschi

Founder/Attorney

Michael Santschi founded Santschi Law Firm, LLC in 2014 in Caruthersville, Missouri.  In 2017, he moved his practice to Kansas City, Missouri.  Adept in a variety of practice areas including Estate Planning, Family Law, and Criminal law, Michael particularly specializes in Landlord/Tenant law, and this has become a focus area in recent years.

Michael is a member of the Bar in Missouri and Florida.  He has also been admitted to the U.S. District Court (federal court) for both the Eastern and Western Districts.  Mr. Santschi is also a member of the National Rifle Association, the U.S. Chess Federation, Gideons International, and is the pastor of Mount Pleasant Baptist Church in Norborne, Missouri.  

Michael's wife, Shannon, works for a private Christian school as Director of Development.  The couple reside in Richmond and are active in the community.  In his spare time Michael enjoys chess, fishing, camping, cycling and kayaking.
